Q: Is my music style okay for SongwritersBestSong.com?
A. Yes. We accept all music styles in our Songwriters Directory. For an alphabetized list of the genres we accept, see the bottom of this page.

Q: How many of my songs may I register with the Songwriters Directory?
A: You may register as many songs as you wish. The cost to register a song with all your contact information is $10.

Q: Are the songs I register changeable?
A: Yes. If you change your mind about your song selection, you may change the songs as often as you like. Increase the number of songs you list on
SongwritersBestSong.com...decrease it...or keep it the same. It's all up to you.

Q: Do I have to use my entire song?
A: No; you may register just a part (a "clip") of your song. Then, it's okay to use your whole song at a later date if you choose to do so.

Q: If I want to use a clip of my song instead of the whole song, do I have to submit the clip myself?
A: No. We will edit your song per your specs, to create the song clip for you; there's no charge for that. Or you may submit a clip you produced
yourself. Either way, you need to supply us with an emailed mp3 file of your song, or send it to us on a CD mailed to the address on our Contact page.

Q: Do I give up any rights to the songs I submit by registering them here?
A: Absolutely not. Regardless of what results from your songs appearing in the Songwriters Directory at SongwritersBestSong.com, even if you get
signed to a publishing contract or if you make a deal with a recording artist, your song and its copyright belong entirely to you.

Q: Does SongwritersBestSong.com accept songs written by teams?
A: Yes. SongwritersBestSong.com will register a song written by any number of writers. All we ask is that all the writers be mentioned when you
register your song so that every member of the writing team is given proper credit.
